As development partners of Teltec Solutions, an important partner and representative of Cisco in Brazil, we were awarded first place in Cisco's Brazilian International Challenge, presenting an innovative solution focused on the retail segment, which aims to provide strategic management stores, monitoring from lines at the checkout and occupation of the environment, situation of network equipment and internet traffic, advertising campaigns, up to the temperature of the environment.

 

The solution also allows the receipt of relevant information through the Amazon Alexa voice assistant and integration via chatbot with Cisco Webex Teams.
